After reading to pg. 88 answer:  What kind of a friend is T.J.?  Would you be his friend?  Why is Stacey?

  1. T.J is self-centered. When it comes to his friendships, he probably is doing stuff that he thinks is what being a good is, but it really isn't
He thinks he's smart and everything even though he can't even complete that history test without cheating.

  4. T.J seem to be a friend who thinks towards friends, but tends to like try to end it. He also sounds a friends would probably constantly pressure you to do something bad, especially when he wrote cheat notes which are his, but passes it to Stacey instead. I think personally that he need to be more trustworthy and loyal to Stacey, instead of letting Stacey take all the blame of the cheat notes. I wouldn't be T.J.'s friend because he needs to be more independent and needs to study harder and concentrate so then he can move on instead of writing cheat notes. I would want to be Stacey's friend because he thinks more open-minded and socially. He tends to be a great friend by backing you up. He is kindhearted and helps anyone no matter what. He also tends to always listen and show good attitude towards siblings and other friends.

    1. I think TJ is the kind of friend that would support and care for someone, but not the best person to rely on. TJ seems to be a troublemaker and thinks what he does in always good and right. He doesn't take anybodies thoughts into mind. He is self-centered and not really dedicated to school, family, and friends. I would not want to be TJ's friend because a friend is a person that you should be able to rely on, trust, and someone that you could benefit from. Stacey is TJ's friend because they have been friends for a long time now and he thinks that he can rely on him, but I feel that Stacey is starting to reconsider his relationship with TJ.

  7. When it comes to friendships I personally do not think T.J. is a very good friend, because T.J. would let a friend take a bullet for him but he would not do the same for them. He also seems very pressuring to do something you don't want to do. He thinks he is smarter than everyone else even though he flunked seventh grade. I do not think I would wnat to be T.J's friend because he is the type of kid that will get you in trouble or backstab you. I think Stacy is only T.J's friend because they have known each other for a very long time

  8. T.J. isn't really what I would call a friend. He cheats and pressures Stacey to. He doesn't take responsibility for his actions. He wants to go to the Wallace store against Stacey's mom's will. He lies. He isn't a friend to Stacey. He doesn't respect Stacey. T.J. is very cocky. He thinks he knows everything. I would most likely not be T.J.'s friend. I need a good and trustworthy friend. I think Stacey and T.J. are "friends" because they've known each other for quite awhile. Maybe T.J. was different when he met Stacey, because I don't know anyone who would want to be fiends with a person like T.J.

  9. T.J. is not a true friend, because True Friends don't do what T.J does to Stacey. he is a cheater and a liar and blamed Stacey. He knows Stacey would get in more trouble if he went to the Wallace Store. He used that as a way to get him in more trouble. I Would not be friends with T.J. ,but I can't be to sure because I have only heard bad Things about T.J. Stacey is probably friends with T.J. because they have known him for a long time and maybe he was not a liar and a true friend when they met, because if I Was Stacey I would most likely not be his friend. After what he did to Stacey, I would not be friends anymore.

    1. T.J. is a bad friend because he does not take responsibility for his action and will try anything to get out of trouble even if it means getting your own friend in trouble. I think T.J. and Stacey are friends mostly because Staceey gets information from him that he can't get anywhere else.

  10. I think that TJ is not a good friend. He only cares about himself and blames problems on other friends, which i call a fake friend. I would not like to have a friend like that who blames his problems on me, doesn't take responsibility, and is self-centered. A true friend would take responsibility and own up to his mistake. I think that Stacey is only friends with TJ because they have known each other for a very long time and Stacey gets lots of information from TJ that nobody else knows or doesn't want to tell Stacey.

  11. I think T.J. isn't a friend you can rely on. Good friends take responsibility for their actions if one of their friends got in trouble for what they did. A good friend wouldn't pressure you to do something bad like cheating on a big history test. I don't think I would want to be friends with T.J. because I would be friends with someone to rely on and to take responsibility for their actions. That type of person is not T.J. T.J. is a person who would pressure to do something bad and if you get caught for doing something bad, he doesn't take the blame. I think the only reason Stacey is friends with T.J. is because if Stacey need information, T.J. is the guy to go to.

  12. T.J is the definition of a bad friend. T.J will only use his "friends" when he needs something and would step all over them if he needed to.T.J is the type of person who will pin things that he did on other people. I would NOT be friends with T.J because I would not want anyone stepping over me or a friend that I can't trust. I think that the only reason Stacey is friends with T.J is because T.J is like a walking newspaper. He knows about everything in town ,and Stacey likes to know these things. That's why he has a friendship with T.J.

  13. I think T.J is sort of like friend, but not one you could rely on because T.J blames people for his actions and lets his friends take the blame for it.He is not a good friend since good friends take responsibility of taking the blame for their own actions.T.J is a trouble maker who is self centered and thinks what he does is always right and not consider anyone else's suggestions.I would not be T.J's friend because a real friend to me is someone who considers others thoughts, who you have trust in, and rely on them to take responsibility.Stacey is friends with T.J because they have been friends for a long time and he gets information no one else gets.

  14. T.J is the type of friend who will make you think that he is your real friend. He will throw you under the bus and stab your back. He blames people for his actions, doesn't take responsibility for his actions, and will take advantage of you as another person to blame his actions on. He also will get you in trouble. You can't rely on him either.I would never be his friend . Stacie is probably friends with T.J because they were long time friends. He was different when he was younger and changed his personality which includes taking advantage of his friends. Stacie is growing to dislike T.J. Stacie might've been his friend too because T.J looked like the coolest person around being so bad and all. Stacie might've thought he was cool and fun to be with. T.J also knows all the gossip circulating in the community.

  15. I think T.J. is self-centered and I also think he does what he thinks makes a good friend. T.J. would never take the blame for things and always blame someone else. I wouldn't be T.J.'s friend because I will probably get blamed for something I didn't even do. Infact I still might get blamed even is I not his friend. I also think T.J. is not trying to be friends with Stacy I think Stacy is trying to be friends with T.J. because T.J. knows everything around. But that friendship is fading.

  16. I really don't think that T.J. is in any way a good friend. Sure T.J. seems fun, but a real friend is a person who is responsible enough to take responsibility for his/her actions. The way T.J. slipped Stacey the cheat sheet was not very friend-like at all. Of course he might have wanted revenge for Stacey having ripped up his cheat sheet, but Stacey only did that because he didn't want T.J. to get in trouble.
No I would not want to be friends with T.J. So what if he can get me information about whats going on if I'm too busy getting blamed for everything he did. I just don't think that it's worth it to be friends with T.J.
Why Stacey if friends with T.J? We can only guess. It seems to me that T.J. and Stacey are complete opposites, which is not good for a relationship. Since Stacey doesn't seem like the kind of guy who enjoys fun, he must be friends with him purely for the information that is brought to him through T.J.

  17. In my opinion T.J. is a bad friend. I would not trust him. He gets in to trouble a lot, and doesn't take responsibility for his actions. That would mean could easily be blamed for many of the things he did. A real friend wouldn't try to bring bad things to another friend with a malicious intent. I really don't get why Stacey is friends with T.J. due to the fact that Stacey is honest and respectful while t.J. doesn't hold those values I think Stacey liked him at first and he kind of stuck around because T.J. could be fun to be around, but now I think he is realizing that T.J. is really not the best. I wouldn't want to be T.J. friend or acquaintance because he is always talking gossip and getting the people around him in trouble.
